Hello Everyone!

I am looking to build my team.

-The market I am going after is Orlando

-My secondary market is Tampa/ St. Petersburg

I am looking primarily right now for AWESOME property management companies that are in the multifamily space.

The deals I am chasing after are a minimum of 40units but looking more for 75unit+ deals.

Does anyone have recommendations for property management companies in these two markets.
