Looking for recommendations for a Myrtle Beach South Carolina lawyer that can review a proposed Purchase and Sale Agreement to buy an apartment building in the area. Our LOI was accepted but want to make sure we are protected for the potential purchase by reviewing the P&S agreement. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks !
