Technology - what tech do you use to assist with MF DD/Closing

O.K. as I am sure many of you know, the closing process after the PSA is signed is fast with a lot of folks and tasks.

What is your favorite tech to use to assist with closing workflow/process automation?

I am testing out Wrike to create deliverable topics/items, critical timelines and assign tasks & deadlines, etc. 

Really trying to dump spreadsheet and email overload.

The above Wrike workflow process is just for the DD, closing.

I'd like to know what tech you all use for the syndication raise, Investor mgt workflows too.
(IE: Juniper Square - Crowdstreet's business solution, etc.)
