Hello all, thank you for the feedback and suggestions. @Dan Handford Contactually looks like a nice tool to see how your on going engagement is trending. It's a contender for me.

In all my recent searches I'm impressed with the amount of A.I. or higher level of intelligence is built into systems now.

One AI based platform/tool I'm considering is - evie.ai (AI meeting planner)

Keep sharing.

O.K. This is my 2nd "What Tech" do you use question and like last time feedback is appreciated.

We've just closed a 300+ unit Class A, M.F. & as I am sure many of you know, the closing process after the PSA is signed is fast with a lot of folks and tasks.

What is your favorite tech to use to assist with Investor/Fund raising reach-out workflow/process automation?

I am testing out Woodpecker.co & Hubspot to assist with the workflow but find Hubspot a bit cumbersome.

Really trying to dump spreadsheet and email mail merge overload.

Thanks in advance for sharing what tools you find useful.

@Account Closed - Ton's of good advice flowing here and another data point to add would be speaking with current and previous investors of said syndication team your interested in.

Specifically ask for an example of something that did not go to plan and how it was addressed/resolved.

Nothing goes 100% to plan. Issues arise that are unseen and something will ultimately breakdown. How an individual/team get's back on track and communication with specifics steps to resolve are key.

Credibility, trustworthiness & reputation are the currency of any good syndication team. Make sure they have plenty of that currency for you.

@David Gerber - also make sure of the location in regards to the recent flooding.  Was it impacted? If so, how severe.

Thanks @Percy N. I'll look into Trello too.

We also use the usual suspects in our toolbox too (Dropbox, Slack & G-Suite)

Hoping to hear from other folks on what online tools they use to help with the automation of workflows & tasks.

Both with the DD portion but also the capital raise & Investor workflow mgt.

O.K. as I am sure many of you know, the closing process after the PSA is signed is fast with a lot of folks and tasks.

What is your favorite tech to use to assist with closing workflow/process automation?

I am testing out Wrike to create deliverable topics/items, critical timelines and assign tasks & deadlines, etc.

Really trying to dump spreadsheet and email overload.

The above Wrike workflow process is just for the DD, closing.

I'd like to know what tech you all use for the syndication raise, Investor mgt workflows too.
(IE: Juniper Square - Crowdstreet's business solution, etc.)

@Kyle Jean Thank you for that suggestion. I'll look into them too.

@Brian Adams Thank you. And thanks for those suggestions. I've also asked the team we're engaged with in Atlanta (PM, Broker, etc.) for an inspector but it's always good to have a deep bench. So I thought I'd check here too.

Good to know about the lender not accepting your inspection report. Luckily I've not run into that issue on my previous deals. But I'll confirm with our lender on this one to make sure.

Hello BP folks,

I just picked up a 200+ unit in Atlanta GA that we'll be syndicating and I could use a recommendation for a seasoned & thorough property inspector for our DD process.

I'll be in Atlanta end of next week (March 29th ish) so need to line up another good inspector option soon.
