Hello Everyone!

I've been looking at buying multi family properties this year.

What are the best secondary markets?

Obviously there are some markets that will always be lucrative but I am talking about markets

that are "up and coming" not super hot.

Thanks!

I live in New York like yourself but I invest in Philly.

Philadelphia’s Growing Population
Currently ranked as the 5th largest city in the country by population, Philadelphia’s population has grown consistently year over year since 2006. As the population of Philadelphia and the surrounding markets continues to rise, the need for housing, permanent and temporary alike, also continues to rise.

This stark population rise, coupled with the gentrification of Philadelphia’s River Wards, has caused property value in Fishtown, Port Richmond and Kensington markets to begin to rise significantly. And this growth is just beginning.

Let me know if you ever want to come check out some of my properties and see for yourself! Cheers!
