I really should post more often in here, get a following, leverage it.. but to busy with work.
Don't listen to the GURU's who only push there course, why are they pushing a course and not BUYING DEALS?

4 Doors under our belt, all rented and cash flowing.
Just signed the 5th last week and it's a great buy.

6th is coming soon...

Spend less time posting about your success guys, and more time GETTING that success!
