Looking for multifamily investors to work with in Tacoma Area

Hello BiggerPockets, 

I'm very familiar with the Tacoma market, and would feel comfortable investing there. My goal is to purchase a 3-4 unit multifamily property in that area in the next 6-12 months. I'm looking to get a 1% deal if possible (with the understanding that this isn't easy). I think that a cosmetic update could be great if it adds upside to the property. 

I'm looking to build out my team with people who want to work in the Tacoma/Puyallup area to invest in a multifamily property. If you think we can help each other, I'd be happy to get a cup of coffee and chat.
