Hey everyone,

Anyone here invest in San Bernardino County or Riverside, CA?  I'm a local investor here looking for brokers and property managers in the area to meet with. If anyone can point me in the right direction or make an intro that would be great! I'm in the market for 80+ unit buildings in a B to C neighborhood and an add value component.
