Insurance Cost in California

Hi I've been trying to save up to purchase my first rental and was trying to get a feel for all expenses I'd incur with a multifamily property. I know this varies widely and I've seen others ask this on here but I see some answers are a bit old. I wanted a fresh take on it.

For people in CA I was curious if you had a certain rule of thumb for $/unit for insurance?

I want to make sure I know all expenses I'd face when running the numbers on a prop. As you can see I'm still newbie so if there's anything about insurance you think I'm unaware of please let me know.

Thank you biggerpockets
