Good areas for multi family investing in south east Florida?

Does anyone have good growth potential cities and neighborhoods from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and all the way up to West Palm Beach and the vicinity, with long term hold potential?  

I’m looking for areas that you can buy eight unit or larger multi family in the $1-2m range. 6+ cap or potential for upside on rents. Value add ok but no major distressed properties.
