What do you think of these commercial loan terms?

Hi BP'ers!

I'm new to this forum and I'm new to investing, so I'm eager to learn from you.  I've been reading and listening and trying to increase my knowledge and understanding.  I spoke with a lender who quoted terms 10/20 at 5.75% at 20% down.  Are those good terms for a first-time apartment investor?  Thanks for any help you can offer.
