My name is Lance Sterling, I am from the Southeast part of Missouri. I am not new to commercial real estate as it comes to knowledge but new as it comes to breaking into the business. I spent the last year and a half studying the business and weighing out my options. Anybody in the Missouri area (optional) with any advice or expertise would be a big help to me.
