Need referrals for Cincinnati, OH Property Management Companies

Looking for recommendations of good property managers / companies for small apartment buildings in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 12 unit.

Would appreciate any referrals.

Also, if you have or know of a good maintenance person who is good and efficient with handling smaller buildings, would love to get their info.

Ran into this looking for multifamily insurance companies in Cincinnati. I've been using Lonnie Gray of Resident Properties, residentproperties.com, since 2010. I live in Hawaii and have no problems with them - they took good care of my buildings. Maintenance and management fees are also very reasonable. And when I buy and sell real estate in Cincinnati, they also give me a discounted rate on sales commissions and fees.

Please let me know if you run into a reasonable insurance company in Cincinnati that has good customer service and great rates. I've used Traveler's for years but with no claims filed - they more than doubled my rate without any explanation.
