Multifamily Lenders in Michigan or National as well
Hi everyone, well it looks like I'm making my move into small apartment building investing. Most of my resources and contacts are typically for SFR's and so I'm trying to put together a new set of team members and resources tailored to apartment buildings and one with which I can work with for a long time to come.
Does anyone know of any good lenders within Michigan which are able to lend on apartment buildings? , I know there are some national lenders as well and if anyone has worked with one of the would you mind sharing your experience?
