Hello all, My business partner and I recently made an offer on a duplex in Detroit, MI. We are looking for recommendations for credible and trustworthy contractors and inspectors to give an honest assessment of the property. Our agent recommended someone but we are not physically there at the moment so we want a second opinion from the outside.
