What are the Pros and cons and Cap Ex of Brick buildings?

Hi, I'm looking at a BIG old brick building, built in 1902.  The brick and granite look like they are in great condition.  I've never owned a brick building before.  What are some things I should look out for?  I know that masons must use the correct formula for mortar on old buildings  (I don't see any bad repairs here).  What else should I keep in mind for Cap Ex?
