Attracting Syndicators or Sponsors for Deals
Every deal may not have a big spread in the money but its an opportunity to get into the business, what are some ways to attract syndicators or even an amount to offer a sponsor for multi family opportunities (i.e 1 million plus or 50/50 split as long as the deal makes sense. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@Dennis Johnson easy: find a good deal. $$ chases good deals. The equation in this market is 200 looks = 1 opportunity. Underwrite 200 deals and you'll find one that will attract the capital. 99.9999% of wannabe operators won't do this. Will you?
