Hi.

Looking for advice about purchasing a multi family property in the Tampa, FL area.  Anyone have one they want to sell or suggestions on what areas to focus?

What size are you looking for? Something like a duplex/triplex? Something like a 5-10 unit range? Larger? Knowing that can help with narrowing it down. Also, what class are you looking for?
