Multifamily investment in Florida Vs Vegas

Hi All,

I live in the Mid West and am planning to buy Multi family properties in Florida or Vegas and have a good property manager in place. So far in my search I have found a Multi Family in Vero Beach FL, one in Bradenton FL and one more in Vegas(close to the strip). I am not getting a great deal in either of these 3 properties but they are in my budget and I can close on only one of them. But I need advice from the Real Estate Guru's from here as to which place out of the three do you recommend for my situation, specially for Multi Family investments. Any advice you can provide is highly appreciated. Thanks a Lot.
