Who has the best coaching program for Apartment Building Invest..

Ive seen a handful of what look like really good coaches, with programs teaching how to raise money to buy apartment buildings, in different markets. Im interested in syndicating deals in the multifamily world, however I would like a coach/mentor to help kick things off, so I'm looking for reviews from anyone who has personal experience with an apartment building investment coach.
