Reccomend Small to medium multifamily agent and PM in Kansas City

Looking for recommendations of small to medium multifamily (2-20 units) agents and PM in Kansas City. It seems like there is a gap in this area. Plenty of SFH agents and some big commercial agents but having hard time tracking down a company that specializes in MF under 20 units. I am an out of state investor from Denver but have some experience, currently own a 4plex and townhouse. I have money ready to invest and a trip planned to KC for later this month. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
