Getting Started in CRE

Hi everyone,

I been reading and studying up on Residential Commercial Real Estate, this is something I want to do . However, I have no real money to get started with this endeavor and I've seen to hit a wall.

I been talking with several brokers trying to find one to feed me deals, but once they learn that I have no money and the promise of finding investors doesn't really get them motivated they shut me out. Understandable, they don't want to waste their time.

When talking with investors, I'm not able to lock them either since lack of deal does not motivate them.

An advice you would give a young budding investor? How did you get started with CRE?

I would love to partner with someone on a deal here in Central FL, I'll do all the footwork and any necessary work to make things happen.

Thank you all in advance.

Juan
