Experienced Syndication Attorney in FL
Hello multifam board,
I'm currently putting the building blocks in place for a future syndication deal. One unusual issue I've run into is finding an experienced attorney to help guide the process. I've spoken to acquaintances who are RE lawyers and they don't have any experience in setting up a deal like this.
Anyone have any recommendations or contacts in FL?
Thanks!
Kujo

First, a syndication lawyer does not need to be local or even in your state. It just so happens that Kim Taylor is in Florida
http://syndicationattorneys.com/about-our-founder/ She also does her own RE syndication deals.
