Hello!! My name is Dana Bjorn. I am interested in starting to invest in multi-family properties. However I would be more interested in acquiring a property generally in California. The exact city and search area still needs to be narrowed. If you could help me out with any advice that would be much appreciated. Either on investing in multi-family property, investing in the state you don't live in or especially where to start to pick a city to look for an investment property.
