How to scout properties located in Florida?

Hello BiggerPockets,

I'm a real estate investor located in California. I've heard great things about the real estate market in Lake Worth, Florida. I'm mainly interested in long-term buy-and-holds with strong cash flow.

I don't have a problem finding good properties through Redin/Trulia. Unfortunately, I don't have a means to scout out potential properties without flying to Florida myself. Do companies exist to help out-of-state investors visit a property, take pictures and verify that the property is in a good area?

Obviously, I will definitely fly out to Florida once I'm ready to close the deal.

Would welcome any thoughts :)
