Folks

I got a situation. I own a 4plex, a town house (both rentals) and a SFH(personal). I have been planning to move out of the country for 5-10yrs and looking to find a god strategy.

I have been thinking about buying a 50-100 unit property and have a professional manage it. I could probably sell all I have now and raise good amount of money to do it. Also have about 1Mil in reserve to pay down.

My goal is to have a have a good rental income. What you guys advise? Too much in one pot? Too risky to manage while not in US?

Be gentle. Newbie to this forum.
