Property Management in Multifamily

Hello everyone! Currently, my partner and I run a property management company in Southern California, managing 10 SF at the moment and just closing another this week. Normally our clients have come through referrals, but after much thought have decided to take on much larger units in Multifamily. Any ideas or strategies that we can use to target these apartment owners for property management services? Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

@Francisco Herrera- What is the biggest need/challenge of apartment owners?  Whatever that is with respect to what you do, find where these people spend their time & attention and deliver value to them. Everybody is trying to get a piece of the action with apartments today and owners are bombarded with direct mail, phone calls from brokers, etc... so stand out by helping them first and foremost.  Can you create content (a blog post, video, etc.) that helps solve whatever keeps owners up at night and then get that helpful info to them?  Perhaps via Facebook ads?  Linked-In ads? etc.  Do that consistently and you will be top of mind and when owners are ready, they will be more compelled to call you because you went the extra mile.
