Looking for a good syndicator in Indianapolis area

We are group of five investors looking to invest in a 100 plus B class multifamily apartment complex in Indianapolis area and looking for a good syndicator who would walk us through the process because we are busy in our other businesses and do not have time to find , do due diligence , analyze the deal and manage the property. So we are looking for an experienced syndicator in this area.
