Multi Family (8 Plex) Initial Walk Through

I'm preparing to make an offer on an 8 Unit, the seller is letting me walk through all the units and property before I make the offer.  Is there anything I should look for when conducting this walk through? I have general knowledge about construction and property, just looking for some key items to look at.  I will have it professionally inspected upon accepted offer.
