Funny story of the day from one of my property managers
I wish I kept a log of all the funny stuff I've seen. Or more before/after. Or more videos and pictures of me kicking in doors or running after squatters. Going from just a few single family homes to a large number of class C units in a short time = lots of crazy stuff seen.
But such is life. Most memories will live just in my own head.
Now that I'm not managing myself (or even in the same state), I have to get my 'funny tenant stories' from my property managers. I got this email today:
