Starting over after loosing a lot
Well about ten years I owned and managed 85 rental units. I did lots of flips. I have a real estate brokers license. However I have sense lost all my units to foreclosure or shortsale. The last six yrs I have been a maintenance man to support my kids. My wife divorced me 4 yrs ago. That being said I have a chance to refi my home here in Florida and get 65k cash out. I'm looking for advice on what direction to go in to get started again. I'm really hesitate to pull the trigger, after all I'm 49 yrs old with 5 young kids and I don't want to mess up again. Thank you in advance.
