What are some Best practices ?
Question : How much Bank debt is considered to be volatile when there's OPM/Equity employed in an individual deal as a long term strategy? More specifically on a $700k + C class property 10% cap, 90% occupancy Multifamily Deal ? I could really use the perspectives !!
