New to REI and looking to get into Multi-Family Apartments?
Hi everybody!
I'm been looking into getting Multi-family apartments between 12 - 20 units. I'm struggling to educate myself on the more in depth knowledge i need to know around CREI. I understand the basic of how to find a deal and how to analyze a deal in regards of things like NOI, Cap Rate, Etc.
I want to know things more along the lines of getting a loan like different types of loans are available. Types of insurances for CREI? how i do go about educating myself in these kinds of background things beyond just look for a deal and buy a deal?
