Best Cash flow market: Kansas City, Indianapolis, or Columbus?

I've been researching markets that provide the best cash flow for multi-unit properties and I've narrowed it down to 3: Kansas City, Indianapolis, and Columbus. I am also considering the health of the economy and future outlook, thus I've eliminated cities like Detroit, Cleveland, and Memphis. Appreciation is not a concern. Any thoughts?

Come down to Wisconsin and make some Milwaukee Bucks!!!!  I don't know anywhere else you can buy a duplex generating $2100 per month for $24K.  If you do please share.  Take a look at the Wisconsin Marketplace.  If your not a PRO member and cannot search the marketplace your doing yourself a grave disservice.
