Recommendations for Websites

Hi BP, I'm jumping into the crazy and exciting world of multi families, and have been learning a ton. There's so much to learn and of course that's why we all love real estate because we are truly never really experts! I'm trying to find a good tool to help me identify multifamily properties across the country that will help me narrow against various criteria. The challenging part I had with a website I used such as PropertyRadar.com is that it didn't provide contact information. I assume I need to go respective county websites to attain? Anyone have any recommendations or advice? Could use some help. Thanks! Andy

@Andy C.

You can use loopnet to connect with brokers that sell apartment buildings. Establish and build the relationships with them. So that when the next opportunity comes in, you'll be on their contact list to call before anyone else.
