What is the cost to build a 12 unit condo in Myrtle Beach?

Hello Everyone,

 I am just trying to find out a general cost to build a 12 unit condo multi family complex in Myrtle Beach. There is a prime piece of land and I have some people interested but would like to know the costs associate with the actual new construction itself. It's around the Barefoot Landing area to give you a better idea. Thanks..
