Real Estate Team Member Inquiry - Commercial Multi - $1,000,000+

Hello All,

I would like to ask the forum for advice and recommendations for putting my team together. As a background I am looking for commercial multifamily property in the Central Valley, primarily in the Sacramento, Elk Grove and Folsom areas. At this time I am looking for property roughly in the range of $1,000,000.

Please review my list and make suggestions at will, additionally feel free to let me know if you would make additions or subtractions. For most positions I believe redundancy is appropriate; the goal (without being too detailed) is to follow the business plan: evaluate and offer on appropriate properties, finance roughly 70-80% with lender, seller finance 10%, force appreciation and hold.
