Conventional finance 5 plex
Hello,
I have a 5 plex under contract and I'm getting a much better sale price if I offer cash. I have a hard money lender who can give me the money. I'm struggling to find a conventional lender who can give me the refinance money after 6 months. I have excellent credit score and the unit has solid cash flows. It's a BRRR deal but I can't get the middle R to work. Anybody with experience in this area would be greatly appreciated to talk to.
Thank you

For a five plex you can't get conventional financing. You are going to need a commercial loan.
