Duplex house hacking
Have any of you purchased a multi family unit with plans of house hacking but tenants were already in place and had to force a tenant out?
Did you feel any guilt in doing this or do you prefer to buy multi family unit with all vacancies or at least one vacant unit?

@Tavaris Little depends if the lease is MTM, otherwise you can't just force them out because you purchased the property.
