Hello all..I have a piece of property in mind in the MB area that I'm interested in teaming up with a developer on. There are several multi family condos in the immediate area and this is one parcel of land that is ready for a 12 unit condo to be built. Let me know if there is any developers experienced in MB that would like t partner up on this.. Thanks..
