Looking for referral for Title & Escrow Co in WA

I am planning to open escrow on a 4 plex in WA and we may decide to assign the contract.  I would like to work with a Title and Escrow company that is proficient in these and also wondering if there is a WA specific purchase agreement that I need to use?  If so, do anyone have or know where I can get one?
