90% LTV Lenders for Apartments/Multiunits

Simple question. I know there are a ton of variables beyond the very simple question but are there Lenders out there who will loan up to 90% LTV on an Apartment Building?

@Nic A. Honestly 90% is high for a debt deal. I have seen 80/10/10 deals where you get 80% debt and 10% equity. This comes out to 90% financing but not all of it is a loan. Either way you will have to hit 1.25 DSCR to qualify and many preferred equity firms are looking at $1M mins. I hope that helped.
