Buying a house with a section 8 resident already there

I found a decently priced multi family home for sale, it has 2 people living in it already. One paying 440 a month, the other on section 8 paying 375. Both residents cover utilities. My question is, is it alright to buy a home with a section 8 resident? Or is there a process I need to go through to be eligible? Please excuse my ignorance.

@Jonathan Kramer Yes it's fine. Only thing HUD cares about is does the property meet its standards
