Question to the syndication investors

I was hoping I could tap into the wisdom of the group here. We have another apartments complex under contract and we are getting ramped up to the equity raise part of the project.

We are always trying to improve our investor presentations and our investment summary materials so I wanted to ask the people that invest in apartments deals a few questions:

1) What made you invest in the last deal?

2) What are you looking for in a syndication sponsor?

3) What are you looking for in a deal?

4) Think about the investment summary packages or saw a presentations you've seen before; What was the best part of it? What was missing?

Thank you in advance!

* This is not a solicitation to invest! Just trying to make our materials the most comprehensive and delightful to our investors.
