Financing a 1.5 million apartment (8 units)

I am curious about financing the purchase of an 8 unit apartment going for 1.5mm.  Are there any lenders or programs I can used to finance 90-95% of the price. I dont own a personal residence and would qualify for first time home buyer programs, is there a loophole i can use to finance a multi family? i would by the apartment and live in it if i had too.
