Finding Multifamily Owner Info
Hey All! I'm building a direct mail campaign that will target multifamily owners in Maryland. I pulled a list of expired multi's on the MLS using my MD real estate license and have over 100 properties to hit-up. How would one go about locating the property owner info?? The tax assessor site isn't very helpful when dealing with multifamily, and mailing to the property probably won't do much good... thoughts?
