Evening BP, I'm new to the Houston area and wanted to see if anyone wants to earn some favor with their lenders. Looking for direction on a few good banks/credit unions that work with investors on sfh as well as small multi's. Primarily focussed on finding someone for long term debt. Thanks in advance for your input! Curt Herge
