Credible local commercial agents/brokers

Good morning BP!

I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for an agent or broker specializing in commercial multi family apartments in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. I live in Virginia Beach but I would be willing to look at deals within traveling distance. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years!

Respectfully,

Brandon Scott Kilbride

Make sure they are an investor also as well as a broker/agent.

You want transaction experience as well as investor owner.

Ask what deal size they work on. If they specialize in 5 to 20 units they might be a better fit for you if that is what you want to buy versus the broker selling 100 unit buildings.
