Is it possible to acquire a mortgage  on an apartment complex for roughly around a million dollars  with little or no money down. Either hard money or traditional financing.  the price of the complex would be below  market value.  the complex is roughly 325 units

$4m? 350 units at $60k would be $21m. Either way, 300+ units you can expect to be paying $15-25m, if class B or C.
