Software Analysis - Yardi Genesis, Buildium, Quickbooks, OnSite

Hello Everyone! Happy New Year!

I'm currently consulting for a client that uses QuickBooks, Buildium and On-Site to manage their 30 property portfolio of roughly 100 units.  We've received an excellent deal on the fairly new Yardi Genesis software and would like to make the switch.  We have already determined that we will continue to use OnSite for tenant screening and QB for construction projects.  At this point, I would like to understand the main differences/capabilities/limitations between Yardi's Rent Cafe and Buildium.

Any insight is much appreciated!
